Bee-Infested Comcast Pedestal
Hello,
My wife and I have been trying to get this problem resolved with Comcast for MONTHS and have not yet been properly assisted with this matter. We recently purchased a house with a Comcast pedestal in the backyard. A family of bees have colonized inside the Comcast pedestal and we are not able to remediate the problem because Comcast has refused to unlock the pedestal for us.
We have called many bee keepers and exterminators in the area that tell us there is no way to resolve the problem unless the Comcast pedestal is unlocked and opened so that they can extract all the honey inside. They have all explained that even if we could exterminate every bee that has made that Comcast pedestal their home, new colonies will continue to come because they can smell the honey... This has already happened twice.
Both of my children have life-threatening allergies to bee stings and have not been able to enjoy their backyard since we moved to the new house 6 months ago. PLEASE, I need assistance with this matter. We either need a Comcast employee to come & unlock the pedestal for us, OR, we need to be provided with the key, so that we may unlock it ourselves, and remediate this problem.

I'd also like to add that my backyard is parallel to a main street in Miami (Sunset Drive)... There is a bus stop directly on the other side of the concrete wall that is shown on these pictures, and lots of people from the neighborhood commute and exercise down this road - not only is this delay putting me and my family at risk, but also other unsuspecting bystanders.

Hi just wanted to let you know that Comcast came by with the key and an exterminator and the problem has (hopefully been resolved). I am sending photos - the picture with the bucket shows the amount of honey and honeycombs that were removed from inside the pedestal - thank you for all
your help.

I have a bee colony that has set up home in a Comcast box. Have done what I can do to remove them, but the box must be unlocked to insure the hive is 100% removed..... How do I get assistance from Comcast to unlock or remove bees? I live in Cypress Texas
