Bee infested pedestal

I have a friend with an Xfinity pedestal box in her back yard and no one at Xfinity responds to her requests for help b/c she is not an Xfinity customer.  Her lawn care person refuses to mow her backyard because of the bees.  What do you recommend she can do?

@user_bcb30f We should be able to help her open a request to resolve pedestal issues. Do you know how they have been trying to contact us?

Please ask her to reach out via Facebook, Twitter, these forums, or Reddit for assistance. We are able to address concerns like this for non-customers.

My friend doesn’t use social media.  Do you have a phone number or email address?  She lives in Katy, Texas if there is a local number she can contact.

She can always call 1-800-XFINITY to reach a customer care representative.

That’s the number she called multiple times and no one calls back after they tell her they will get back to her.   Suggestions?

She can also call 1-800-COMCAST. They should not need to get back to her. When she calls, they will have the ability to open a ticket for this issue. Once the ticket is worked and closed, a work order will be created. Usually the work order takes up to 14 days to fulfill once it is created. Is it possible they have opened a ticket for her and a resolution is in the works already?

I no longer work for Comcast.
