Bee infestation

I have talked to 2 different customer service reps about the bee infestation in the Xfinity pedestal in our backyard.  Both has assured me that it will be resolved and that I would get an email confirmation with the details as well as a phone call.  I have not received either.  What is the best way to get a representative to take action to have Xfinity come out and take care of the bees?

user_bvpt0l Thank you so much for letting us know there are bees in the pedestal near you. I am very allergic so I do not blame anyone for not wanting to go near them. I would be more than happy to help make sure these are reported to the local field team if not done already since this is not something our normal technicians would help take care of. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
