Battery backup not found

The Xfinity app is saying that my battery backup is not found. There is a white blinking light on the battery back up

Howdy user_wybx5p, and happy Saturday 👋 With all the storms going on, I definitely understand how important it is to have that backup battery for your phone running, so I appreciate you bringing this to us in our community!

If the Xfinity app indicates that your battery backup is not found, you'll first want to ensure that the battery is properly connected to your Xfinity Voice modem. If it's connected properly and still not recognized, try restarting both the modem and the battery backup. Lastly, you'll want to check to make sure your Xfinity app is running the latest version from your respective app store. Please give that a try and let me know if the issues persist beyond that!
