bankruptcy
Who do I send my notice of Bankruptcy to? Your phone agent refused to take the information. The chat says to call the call center wont take the information. I could post on BBB or Division of Customer Protection in Utah for your company refusing to recognize the Bankruptcy. Of course my lawyer is already aware. I worked here before and we just took the case number and sent ot that department.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

This is exactly how xfinity is not helpful. Every time I finally get through the [EDITED: Language] phone tree, I get transferred 3 times and then get “disconnected”. After 40 min on the phone. Just give me a [EDITED: Language} number to the department.
