Bankruptcy filing advice - Where to provide this information

Hello, I filed bankruptcy (chapter 7) debt liquidation and Comcast is listed in the the Schedules. A notice was mailed to Comcast. So far I have been unable to confirm comcast has taken any actions to reset these account balances both on the residential side and on xfinity mobile. All attempts with support yielded literally no knowledge of how to handle a bankruptcy case. Is there perhaps a team to reach out to?
