banking instrument

I recently had a dispute resolved with xfinity. I use a bank account specifically for bills to pay. Since the resolution I am not unable to pay at all through any bank accounts. I am being met with the message “Customer blocked from using bank instrument” and I am unsure of how to get my setup back to how it was beforehand. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating as I do not have any cards linked to these accounts that I use for my bill pays

Hello, @user_958t4n. Thank you for taking the time to reach our team on Forums regarding your payments. Typically, this error is seen when fraud or another issue was reported from the financial institution. Were there any issues processing your payments in the past?
