Bally Sports Credit to Monthly Xfinity Statement

I just received an email from Xfinity that tells me the amount that will be auto paid on July 1st. The $9 credit for losing the Atlanta Braves (Bally) was not listed on the statement and the amount is back up to where it was originally.  . I received the credit last month. Will the credit be applied at a later date and is not shown on the email I received. Thanks

Hey there Terry0327, thank you for reaching out to our Forum regarding that automatic Bally Sports credit. I'm happy to hear you already received a credit on your account, but please keep in mind this was a one time credit. At this time the credit for the loss of Bally Sports will only be applied to bills between May 28 and June 7. Before we dig in further, did you have any other questions related to this credit?

@XfinityMarcos Wait a minute please. Are you saying losing the Braves for the season and playoffs in the minds of Xfinity is only worth a one time $9.50 credit. Please forward a reply to the Board of [Edit: Inflammatory] that came up with this supposedly compensation. I appreciate you answering my question but this is an insult to any Business integrity relationship. So far the lowest price I can find to get the Braves in $30 a month and Xfinity is giving us $9.50 total.  So if I decide to cancel Xfinity after 38 years there will not be a termination penalty since Xfinity broke our agreement to provide Atlanta Braves for the season. Thanks again for at least a clarification of this disaster of providing service.

Terry0327, Your Braves are a solid team this year, and that's even after losing their ace, but good luck this season. I know this isn't ideal, but we have partnered with FuboTV to offer a free trial period, and 30% off for two months on the Pro and Elite tiers. You can sign up using the link on this Facts Site. Can you please let me know if you're able to access that link? 38-years is a long time, thank you for making us part of your home over those years, but we certainly don't want to see you leave. Early termination fees will only apply if you're currently subscribed to a promotion that includes a customer agreement.

Guys I pay $202 a month for TV and Internet with no movie channels and no Atlanta Braves and this is with me providing my own Modem/Router Combo.

Everyone on my circle is using Fiber Cable with the Entertainment TV package that has everything I have plus the Braves and paying less. I am a so called Diamond Member which appears that I get to pay more money for less service.   You do know their are Xfinity employees telling customer the credit will be $8 to $10 on a monthly basis for losing Bally. And yes I am on a two year customer agreement with another year to go.
