Bait and switch
Last week I called to ask a question about my account and I was offered a great package which I posted below. A few hours later I noticed channels were missing. I had to reach out twice and I was told that they were going to fix it and put back the 60 channels that they removed. Today again I reached out to follow up and I’m being told that it will increase my price of my bill by $50 difference than what they quoted me. The chat rep will not budge and keeps telling me that package is not available. That package should be honored. They offered it and made the change on my account that same day. Now they’re excuses that it’s not available, but supposedly it has been in place since the moment they offered it to me.

Hello @user_1ss50a thank you for taking the time to reach out on out community forum. It sounds like you did not have a great experience and we do not want that to be the case. When you spoke to the first agent did you complete an order approval over text or email?
