Bait and switch pricing scheme is extremely frustrating. Why does comcast insist on constantly raising prices on long time customers?
I've been a customer with comcast for well over a decade at multiple locations. I'm now going through yet another price hike and it is getting exhausting. I'm tired of having to call to "renegotiate" my rate every year. I'm tired of not being able to call someone easily. I'm tired of comcast representatives no longer being concerned with helping.
This time around I even gave up and tried to check out with the new promotion for existing customers (despite it being 80% higher than new customers), but when I checked out I got kicked out of the system. I called and the representative I spoke with refused to listen to me and just told me I wasn't eligible for the promotion.
Is there anyone at comcast who actually cares about your customers and cares about retaining long time customers?
