Bait and switch! Or straight out lied to!!
Was told that my sports channel was included in the package I was quoted and he even bragged about all the other sports channels I would get! They were here to install today and I was told that my sports channel was not included and that I would have to pay 30 dollars more for that channel. I also was told they record the call for the customers benefit. But even though I was told it was included they still insisted I would have to pay 30 more, so not really for my benefit is it? That's not the experience we want for our customers, and I can certainly understand your frustration when the package didn't match. What channel or channels were intending on having?
