BAIT AND SWITCH, NOW ZERO HELP

Long story short I called a week and a half ago to inquire about switching all of our phones from T-Mobile to Xfinity. After many discussions with a supervisor named Mark and quotes given a four phones lines, promotions, etc. we went ahead a few days later and transferred all our phones in. Now they won’t honor any of the promotions at all they won’t honor the $200 Visa gift card they won’t honor the price per line. They won’t honor the price per phone. They won’t honor the trade-in values. They won’t honor anything or even come close to it. I’ve spent six days calling emailing escalating. All they do is cancel my escalations after I get off the phone and nothing becomes a bit no calls back from supervisors, etc. I spent two hours on the phone today escalating from person to person and was eventually told there’s nothing they’re gonna do for me, didn’t even say sorry
