Bait and lies!

I was lied to and baited to sign up for a certain price. I have it all recorded ! And then when my bill isn't correct I questioned why a supervisor got me to sign up for a certain price! I was told " it doesn't matter what was told to me! It matter I should have read what I signed!!! I have all the proof they baited me to sign for something and now it's my fault!!  I spoke to Will who apparently is corp the highest u can go! He was so rude and hung up! I have a case open with the lta. Literally insane they can bait and switch you with lies!!! Lesson learned ! Literally don't ever believe what is told to you. It's ok for them to lie to get you to sign you have to read what you sign it's all bait for sales
