Bad Xfinity Mobile Customer Service r

The customer service agents at Xfinity Mobile will lie to you to achieve their objectives. I was told by four different agents that the trade in offer on my old IPhone could be increased from $ 450 to $ 830 to match a promotion offered by another carrier. That transaction was never processed. The customer service at Xfinity Mobile is non-existent.  [Edited: "Solicitation"]  I am planning to change as soon as it is feasible.

I have talked to six agents with zero results.  If you can revise the trade in offer from $ 450 to 830, email me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. If not, I have wasted enough time with Xfinity Mobile.
