I just want to complain about the e-mail service. It took Comcast a week to fix my e-mail service. I spent hours on the phone with multiple people. I was told after they got it working that they would restore the e-mail I lost as well as the folders that had been emptied. I was also told there would be a credit given to the account for the week of lack of service. I have seen neither. I just spent a half hour on the phone again and am now told there is nothing they can do. I truly can't believe how bad this has been and to hear that no one care about fulfilling the things I was promised. Bad, bad, bad service.
