Bad service [Edited]

I have experienced terrible service at my address with xfinity over a period of years. I have experienced 6 outages for example since 01 April. Service is down again now at 1715 cst 02 May.

Repeated effort to achieve satisfaction from xfinity have failed. Customer service is nonexistent. Uptime is laughably poor compared to your competitors. 
Either explain why service is so bad and what you are doing to fix it or else provide the steps i need to take to cancel xfinity at my home
