Bad service at xfinity store in Gainesville va

It has happened EVERYTINE I have give to thus store. They are sitting there doing nothing and they don’t lift a finger to help me. They are awful. You should fire them and hire someone the actually wants to help customers instead of dismissing them. I would change carriers because of this and I might go back to [Edited: Soliciting]
