Bad reviews

Unfortunately this is one of the only providers in our neighborhood for the past year our service has gone out if not every week every week its every other week and when i called to complain the guy was just trying to gove me a discount i told him with the mount of money were paying xfinity i just would like this company to wither train their technicians to either stop band aiding the problem or upgrade the equipment so it stop goin out frequently the money isnt the issue but my children who are upset because they cant watch their shows or play on their tablet is so please use this commen in hopes to do what i request update the equipment so our neighborhood and my household can stop getting [Edited: "Language"] and train your technicians  to actually fix the issue instead of just temporarily fixing it

We have an excellent tool which is our Internet Troubleshooting for your connection which was created by our Community Experts like @EG who helped us get to your post sooner! This guide has more than just the basic troubleshooting. 

 

If you are still experiencing issues you can provide us here with more details on what you have tried and we can provide more input.

 

We can also take a look at your specific account and see if this is something affecting your address or the area around as well.

@XfinityEva​ internet is out again the next day you guys obviously are not fixiing the issue i will post on here everyday and everytime the internet is out until you understand that you need to update your equipment or have your master technicians actually fix the issue because this is ridiculous  for a loyal customer who hasnt had this issue until the previous year up to now

@XfinityEva​ internet is out again very next day you guys obviously do not care about your customers equipment and employees it says the outage is affecting 101~500 people in my area so i knowni cant be the only one not happy with you service in my community so please replace/upgrade your equipment train your technicians to actually solve the problem still not happy!!!!!

@user_iz54uc I'm sorry this has been your experience. Our local techs work on upgrades and fixes as fast as they can. But given the timeframe this has been happening we would be happy to look deeper into the account to see what is happening. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
