Bad installation need to come back and fix

The person that came to my house to correct the issue that was occurring from the already installed services said that they had improved things and fixed what was broken so now my new service at a previously already served location was functional however they left the cables outside exposed to the element and hanging on the ground. This needs remedy you need to come back to [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I definitely understand needing to have the exposed line taken care of so it's not affected by adverse weather, and you've contacted the right place for assistance. From experience, I've seen the additional line work may need to be taken care of by a separate team. The technician would submit the addtional work request if that was the case. 

I'm glad to see our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to bring this to my attention.
