Bad hacked service by Military and Police

I can't use the wifi that I pay because of trash government interference, and your service knows about it because they repeatedly tell me that my house is hacked and service corrupted, and I know the trash is camped out in the neighborhood for neighbors claiming this trash goes door to door when I am not here watching me from their houses
