Bad Faith Appointments
[Edited: "Personal Information"]- Damage Claim. I was contacted by Xfinity employee Hannah ,[Edited: "Personal Information"]. She scheduled appointment for a Supervisor to meet me in at my address with the installation crew who installed the service line drop along the side of my weight bearing patio. Erosion damage has occurred. Supervisor never showed
The damage claim was closed. There was no one with the installation crew qualified to call the damage preexisting which it wasn't. NO damage existed until the service line was installed below grade creating a trench for surface water. No response from Xfinity and certainly no way to contact an agent. Social Media is bombarded with similar customer SERVICE complaints on issues that could easily be resolved with transparent communication and follow through.
