Bad Experience - May Change Providers

I am incredibly frustrated with Xfinity’s lack of customer service.  Their stonewalling AI chat bot that prevents you from speaking to a real person, offers minimal help, and eventually hangs up with you after four minutes of requesting to, “speak with an agent,” is nothing more than an Iron Curtain separating customers from actual help.  

I wasted two hours trying to get a hold of someone only to be continually pushed off the phone until, click — the AI chat bot decides it’s had enough of you.  This is ridiculously lousy service and may lead me to move to Verizon.  I hope everyone else considers to do so as well.

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
