BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT DURING OUTAGE

We have been in an outage area since 2am(currently 7pm) with absolutely ZERO help from Xfinity. I try calling and get an automated message telling me about the outage and it will be resolved as soon as possible then hangs up on me. I try requesting a live agent on the app chat and get told I can’t speak to someone while I’m experiencing an outage. My bill is over $100 a month for just internet, I deserve to be at least given an update about what’s going on or a time frame of restoration. My days with Xfinity are numbered, as in tomorrow!!!
