Bad customer service
After working 6 days in a row came home to eat and watch TV but my router was not working can’t get help from anyone customer service said I could drive to a store and exchange the router I asked for the closest store and customer service said Georgia I live in Ohio I looked it up for myself we drove 45 minutes one way after working 9 hours we made it to the store 15 minutes before they closed the store employees were very nice
