Bad Customer Service

Hello,

On Saturday night, an employee named Quino (phone number [Edited: Personal Information]) dropped off equipment, yet the overall experience is making me consider my Xfinity service all together. I tried to call the employee to find out more information about the type of service being delivered, yet the employee ignored every call attempt. I left one voicemail asking for more information.

the employee then contacts my personal cell number and threatens to call the police on and accuses me of harassment.

Is this really who Xfinity wants representing their company? An employee who is absolutely uncommunicative and unhelpful yet they threaten the customer in response?

I hope Xfinity takes my concern seriously and takes action to ensure employees actually respond to paying customers and not take their personal anger out on them.
