Bad Customer Service

I can’t believe the agent who helped order my Internet service messed up, and suddenly my order got canceled for no reason without any prior notice. I talked with multiple agents in order to get what was wrong and why the technician didn’t show up for installation. The agents came up with a lot of different excuses, which eventually turned out to be incorrect as the employee I spoke with last told me what really happened. I was also promised I’ll get a callback, but nobody called me, and I had to make the call myself to speak with the last employee. My appointment is now much later than originally agreed upon. I don’t mind technical issues, but if something happens, at least tell the customer the truth when they ask about it. I crossed the storm to get home on time for the appointment, and what I got was a cancellation without notice and all the excuses which I don’t understand why the agents had to make.
