Bad customer service

I'm really disappointed with the Xfinity Internet... Their agent expressed to me that they would charge me $100 to come out and check my connections of why my internet keeps dropping out.. I have been a customer with them for years and to me this is ridiculous that they're going to charge. Let's just say I'm not happy with him anymore and I will be shopping somewhere else

When it comes to technician appointments it is standard that there is a charge unless there is a problem with our equipment or lines. I would be glad to look into this for you further if you are still having issues with your service.
