Bad customer service

I have been trying to upgrade my peacock plan with xfinity for over 2 weeks.  I have contacted xfinity through chat, calls, and emails.  I have gotten no where!! Xfinity customer support has been horrible ever since I switched from Verizon Fios 8 months ago.  I have reached out for what should be simple solutions.  It usually takes hours to get a response but I rarely get the problem resolved.  I think it is time to return to Fios which had superior customer service.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
