Bad customer service at xfinity store on 14th and walnut

Just had a bad interaction at rep at store name Nadeem he said he was the manager. His customer service skills are awful we got into a back and forth with him saying That’s my opinion on his customer service skills. Another rep trying to take care of me he was showing her something on his phone not pertaining to xfinity business
