Bad customer service and billing
I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Xfinity’s customer service and internet representatives. They talk like they know it all but dismiss the actual issues you bring up. I was overcharged on my bill, and when I contacted them, they only offered a refund or store credit. On top of that, they never updated my internet plan like I requested. Even after multiple calls, I’m still being overcharged, and now they refuse to fix it.
The entire process has been stressful and unprofessional. The representatives are unhelpful, condescending, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. It feels like they care more about keeping your money than keeping their word.
Overall, a horrible experience and they didn’t resolve anything I would not recommend Xfinity to anyone looking for reliable service or respectful customer support.
