Bad Costumer Service

I call Xfinity Costumer service due to canceling my service under my account, because there was a mistake on setting up a New account. As I was speaking to the first agent he didn’t let me explain the reason of cancelation and he hang up the phone call. Second agent was really rude had no patience at all, as he kept cutting me off every time I tried to explain the reason of canceling the service, he was being really pushy about keeping with my service when I had told him I already have service but under my husband account, he rudely stated that I should just cancel both accounts and SWITCH to AT&T instead. When I asked him to give me his name and location he was speaking fast so I wouldn’t write down the name He states his name was Patrick Duffy and he was located in Dallas Texas
