Backyard grass ruined from xfinity

Last year Xfinity came to bury a line in my backyard and ruined the property. After weeks of going back-and-forth, they sent somebody out to lay grass seed. Disasters. The grass never grew and all I have this year is weeds  I’ve realized this is very common for Xfinity. I understand wires have to be buried, but this is not the way to do it. When I confronted the guys not one of them spoke English.
