I completely understand how frustrating it can be to be without service. The Xfinity app provides the most up-to-date outage information and any available restoration estimates. In cases of severe weather or damage to power and network lines, repairs can take additional time, and our crews may need to wait for the local power company to clear the area before work can begin. As soon as an ETA is available, it will be posted in the app. You can also sign up for text alerts to receive updates as they become available.
