Awwwww!

The agents that I have talked with have been great they try to help. First, getting an agent is a nightmare. The phone robot is ultra frustrating. It only takes certain prompts and will not connect you to anyone. It’s like they don’t really want to help. Oh, the robot will help you pay your bill, but help is nonexistent. The techs are morons. He mounted my box on the font of my house. I have been trying to get it moved for 4 days now with no resolution. I call and battle with the robot then final get someone and they can’t do anything because a tech has to call me and they don’t call. So, day after day I do it all over again praying someone will call. Awwwwww! I want to scream! If I had another internet option I would be gone. If you read this choose another option.
