AWFUL

My line got cut over a week ago and I been fighting with them ever since to send some out and fix it mind you I pay 71 a month for internet!!! It hasn’t worked all of December and I finally get a tech out here showed up said oh I’ll be back tomorrow never came back !!!! Now they are telling me I can’t get someone out till the 23rd it’s a joke I’m really over dealing with this company we’ll see if someone even shows up this time and I shouldn’t have to wait this long for someone to come fix it it’s a hazard that the line is cut and hanging on my driveway !!!!!
