Awful

Xfinity has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When my service went out, it was impossible to speak with a real person. Their AI kept me stuck in a loop for over four hours, refusing to connect me to a human being. The AI couldn’t solve the problem, and yet there was no option to escalate. I was left completely stranded without support. No company should make it this hard for customers to get real help.

Stay away!!! This is the worst company I have ever done business with ever.
