Awful Support

When my problem first started I tired to troubleshoot with the online chat bot. It told me nothing was wrong despite my speed test proving otherwise. So I moved to calling. The automated system stuck me in a loop of restarting my modem and telling me to call back. I tried different tactic and claimed I wanted to change services. This got me in touch with an agent. That agent transferred me to another agent. That agent restarted my modem again then told me they needed to put me on hold while they found out more information. Whole on hold I was transferred to a third agent, this agent had no idea I had been transferred and I wasn't expecting the transfer either so we started from scratch trying to solve the problem. After first telling me the issue could be from devices that were not actively connected, the agent then tried to upsell me an upgraded service. I clarified that I did not want to upgrade and convinced him to continue troubleshooting because it's not possible for inactive devices to use wifi he finally scheduled a technician to come. The technician never arrived and the issue continues. I tried again to call this morning but, I cannot get past the automated system no matter what I try it tells me to call back later. Finally I got a text message from an agent. When I described the issue they told me that a technician is scheduled for today, told me to smile, and ended the chat. I tried to ask why the technician never came yesterday but the only responses I receive are automated ones telling me the agent is not available and to call. Additionally, the window of time the technician is "scheduled" for, if that's even true, is between 8am-8pm so I have no way of planning for their arrival.
