Awful Service

I was told I could lower my rate and get perks, only to stay in the chat for an hour to learn that's not true. 

They also sent me a link to someone else's account that wasn't mine where it displayed all of their personal information (billing accounts, address, last four of social, etc.). This isn't a company I can trust now. 

It's a shame because their service does work well, but just watch out because they may send your billing information to random strangers.

Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

Literally the same thing just occured to me, chat for an hour, then told nothing they can do, wasted an hour of my time.   Time for new service.
