Awful service

This has been an awful experience for me. I tried getting service with Xfinity on May 17, 2024 but AT&T would not allow me to leave them because the phone was not paid off. I took the phone back to the Xfinity store on 4/18/2024.

According to the store, the phone was received at the warehouse on 4/21/2024.

Your company has charged me apparently $628 for the phone. The 800 number customer service is blaming the store and the store is blaming the customer service. I have spoken with customer service six times and depend on who answered the phone it was either yes we have the phone or no it must still be in the store. I have never witnessed this kind of unprofessional behavior in my 71 years of life. Xfinity has placed me in a financial hardship. I'm told that the money will be returned or I will personally call you back. Neither one has occurred. I'm made to feel like this is not my problem.

I drove to your corporate office in Atlanta today and they showed concern but I have been given so many promises and excuses that I have zero confidence that Xfinity even care. The store and the customer service had very little interest in solving my problem. The store said to take a look at our computer and see that the phone arrived at the warehouse and customer service said we don't have the phone and you are not at fault but we are not giving you any money back. I have contact the veterans administration and senior services. You should be aware before you do business with them.

Hello, @user_cs7tuw

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
