Awful company

The utilization of AI has made dealing with Xfinity an absolute nightmare. It is impossible to talk to anyone. I’m pretty sure when you do get to someone, it’s still AI because they sound like it. I can’t do anything. I go into the store for help, they can’t do anything. You literally cannot do anything with your account now and you can’t get connected with anyone.
