Awful AI customer service

The AI as your first person to speak with is poor service and unacceptable.  It could not answer my questions without pausing and taking forever to get simple information.  I had to ask for a manager to get transferred to a real person who could help.  Knowing this when I get another service provider in the area I will switch. Poor service. I’ve used Xfinity for years and am so disappointed with what you now offer.
