What is the best way to find out what offers are available to me?  I have been a customer for more than 30 years.  Six months ago my internet-only rate increased by 30%.  I called about 3 months ago and was told there was no lower price available.  I was also told that the agent would call me in a month with an update.  This never occurred (Lying agent?  sure seems like it to me...). I have 5 options for 1 gig fiber internet at my address.  All four of Xfinity's competitors are cheaper, some by hundreds of dollars a year.  If Xfinity wants to keep me as a customer, I need to know how to connect with someone who can make me an attractive offer.  Thanks.
