Availability of symetrical speeds

I live in Miami, 33186. Recently - 09/02/25 - I received a communication setting up updates in equipment to provide our area with symmetrical speeds. Is there any planned date for the availability?
AT&T keeps knocking on my door with fiber offer, no contract, but I've been with Comcast since it was Cable Satellite (1992) and I prefer to keep the service than just have to go through all the hassle to change all equipment e services again.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks for the site EmilyB but I already have the Xfinity message that all upgrades were concluded in my area but no expected date of deployment and that's what I would like to have an idea. Is it iminent, 3 months? 6? a year from now? I need the upload speed and can't wait too long to have it.

Were you able to know when symmetrical speeds will be available in the 33186 area. I'm still stuck with the 1Mbps down (930 down) but only 300Mbps up. It is 2026 already and the first time I'm heard about the upgrade was at the end of 2023.
