Availability of symetrical speeds in Crawfordville, FL
I have received several notices for "Comcast Equipment Upgrades" complete in my area to offer higher speeds and better performance. Each time I check my account, there are no higher speeds available to me. This is frustrating. I have the ability of running higher speeds and service, but Comcast doesn't seem to have the higher speeds turned on. We need the services upgraded or turned on because there is a demand here and we would like them available as promised because we were told it was available back in 02/2025

Hello, @CyberTechUnlimited thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand wanting to have faster network speeds. There are 2 types of upgrades happening on our networks, with the most common work being the upgrade to the higher download speeds up to 2 Gig and upload speeds up to 250 MBPS. The symmetrical rollout is only available in limited areas, checking the locations in Florida the only 2 I see mentioned for expanding are Jacksonville and Miami.
