autopay account hacked

I set up my autopay billing years ago to use my checking account and have never made any changes. Suddenly last July autopay started taking it from my savings account without my knowledge or permission, plus I never gave Comcast my savings account number. According to Comcast officials nothing had changed and the ACH transaction was to my checking account, but when I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General my bank did an investigation and verified the ACH transaction was coming into the bank with my savings account number. If all Comcast online records show it's set up for my checking account and no changes have been made, but it's being taking from savings this can mean only one thing, someone has hacked into the Comcast
ACH transaction billing system and changed my bank account number. I've notified Comcast numerous times but they insist nothing is wrong. Do I need to contact the FCC or sue them in small claims court for unauthorized access to a bank account I never gave them? Thank you.

@XfinityJay

Hello,

I just had a chat with one of your reps last week, I've been calling your customer service number since July, I've filed complaints with our state's attorney general which your company answered, and each time your company denies any wrong doing. I've gone to my bank and they have called your customer service number and you deny any problems ... what does it take? This is a serious issue in your human and/or computer systems yet nobody at your company takes it seriously.

Same thing has happened to me!!  Someone has hijacked my account - going to service at some address I’ve never heard of and Comcast will not help!

Thank you for reaching out to us. If the service was transferred to another address without your permission, please use the Direct Messaging Icon in the upper-right to compose a new message to "Xfinity Support". If an entirely new service was opened in your name, you will need to fill out an Identity Theft Claim here: https://www.xfinity.com/idtheftclaimform.
