Customers who want to have Comcast automatically deduct their monthly payments from their checking or savings account (Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)) or card (credit/debit) can sign up for automatic payments (recurring payments). Customers can also change their automatic payment information.
Customers can easily enroll by using the Self-Service option in My Account. For more details, see setting up automatic payments with My Account. Customers can also set up and modify automatic payments in the IVR.
