Automatic Payment Mysteriously Stopped - and now I have a late fee and unable to talk to a rep

I have had automatic payment set up as long as I have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer. This morning we've recieved a bill that my account is overdue and a $10 late charge has been added to my balance due.

Somehow, my automatic payments were mysteriously stopped after May 2023 payment. I did not change anything. The credit card that I set up for payment is still valid and active.

I see I am not the only one this happened to. Please resolve the issue and credit my account for the late fee!

This recently happened to me as well and every rep I have spoken to has not been helpful. They will not take the fees off even though my bill is now up to date with what should have been paid. I’d like to get this resolved but don’t know what to do at this point.
