Automated system
If you're going to torture us with a automated only system. At least make sure it works. Asking me 5 times if I want a text to an automated system is ridiculous! I say "no" and you send it anyway. Then when I'm forced to use it (because your system hung up on me after saying "no" 5 times) you want to charge me for texting! Your app barely works too. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! And that's saying something because I was with Verizon in the early 2000's. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] who forces good paying customers to use an automated system because you want to save more pennies.
