Auto pay reward, no!

I was promised $10.00 a month if I added auto pay to my account. After 2 months I see absolutely no indication that I am getting or will ever get a reward for auto pay and I cancelled it. I hate being lied to. I also have always paid as soon as the bill is ready, why does Comcast think it is to their advantage for me to give them my account numbers to store on their server?

You won't see that discount for 45 days or three months after you sign up for it.

The problem turns out to be a little misunderstanding. My monthly bill increased $10.00 a month. I signed up for auto payment and my bill stayed the same since I was not informed that the monthly

price was increased by $10.00. So I was saving $10.00 a month but since the details were not communicated to me I thought I was not saving anything. I will admit it is possible it was my fault for not investigating 

more and the information could have been there I just did not see it. So I did sign up again for the auto pay and hope everything gets back to normal. Next time I will ask more questions and not have to speculate on what is happening.

I'm having the same problem. on top of that they keep turning off my autopay on their end. no emails, no notice. then slap a late fee on it so instead of a lower bill they are quadrupling it!!!!! i'm so frustrated.
