Hello, @user_e8be8f have you received a notification that we will be doing maintenance in your area on August 20th? You'll get a notification online and through the Xfinity App which will normally come with a warning that you may lose all services during that time. Was that an ETA for the start time and stop? You may be able to use the app to set up text alerts for updates and completion.
